Zhang Yujie and Zhou Wenxi participated in the fifth Pharmaceutical Frontier Forum of Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica on behalf of Jiang’s group in Guangzhou

At the invitation of the editorial board of Acta
Pharmaceutica Sinica & Editorial Board of Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B,
Zhang Yujie and Zhou Wenxi participated in the fifth Pharmaceutical Frontier
Forum of Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica on behalf of Jiang’s group in Guangzhou from
November 28 to December 1, 2019. They also displayed posters and had academic
exchanges with experts and representatives. At the forum, Zhang Yujie
participated in the Youth Forum of Pharmacy and made oral reports, while Zhou
Wenxi won the outstanding poster award.
The Pharmaceutical Frontier Forum of Acta Pharmaceutica
Sinica is held to coordinate with the implementation of national science and
technology major projects and promote the innovation of new drugs in China. The
focuses of the forum were as following: (1) drug design and lead drug
discovery; (2) drug molecular targeting and mechanism; (3) drug quality control
and in vivo processes; (4) drug delivery systems and new methods & technologies;
(5) modernization of Traditional Chinese medicine and molecular biology; (6)
epigenetics and innovative drug development; (7) youth forum for pharmacy.
